Inspiration Behind This Painting

From a very young age, I have had this huge love for colors. My daughter, when she was 3 years old, used to say “rainbow is my favorite color”. Mine too. So I decided to paint Jesus using all the colors of the rainbow. The rainbow to me represents God’s covenant with humanity and Jesus is the fulfillment of His covenant. We enter into partnership with God through Jesus.

I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. Genesis 9:13
