I am now able to provide framing service for your original paintings on thin paper based and upstretched canvas mediums. This service does not apply for gallery wrapped/stretched canvases. To frame your art, simply include this item to your cart with your choice of frame during checkout.
Available frame options include
-Simple Black Frame with Matte*. This frame is made of MDF and glass and is professionally matted with acid and lignin free matte material. Recommended for long term use and for framing original watercolor/acrylic/mixed media paintings. The Matte prevents moisture build up and gives space for the paint to breath. The completed dimension is 20.2″ x 16.3″. The opening on the frame is 14″ x 18″. Matte is 11″x15″ (or whatever the size of the original painting or print is). Matte is defaulted to cream color.
-Simple Black Acrylic Snap on Frame. This frame is made of acrylic and doesn’t have glass. This is NOT recommended if you are planning to permanently store your original painting or print. Useful for temporary storage or hanging. As this frame doesn’t include a matte, moisture buildup can occur and cause damage to your painting/print.
*with Matte, frames will be bigger than without matte frames for a painting of the same size. So plan your layout for hanging based on the frame you choose.
