Inspiration For This Painting
I was going for water overflowing, an outpour, but ended up creating a two-directional flow — a downpour and a fountain. While painting this, I was focusing on the Holy Spirit’s outpouring when I felt the Holy Spirit saying
“There is an outpouring and a fountain that will gush forth from within. It will be powerful like a flood that will fill you and overflow from out of you to those around you.”
And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. — Joel 2:28
